I'm still alive!   Maybe I forgot I had this thing... Karl, you haven't been harrassing me quite enough to blog my life.  Fortunately, I still get sent your blog and my cousin Jerry's blog.

Anyway, I'm all about pictures, so here are just a few pics since I guess last August!?

bedroom 024[0]

Ok, this would be the new paint color in my bedroom.  I all of a sudden decided I like shades of brown?  Who would have guessed!

Picture of my dining room.  The wall to the right is a shade of kahki, the end wall is a reddish rust color.  The tree actually belongs in the corner, but it's moved out for the paint job.

Picture of my bar, it gets used sooo frequently, I mean in-frequently.  I guess that would be a design flaw on my part, guess I would allow people to go down there if I hadn't put white carpet in up to the bar?

This would be a view of my living room, same kahki color used in the dining room.

Ok, this would be me and a buddy of mine in Mexico in December.

Big block of cemet, I think it's holding back the ocean from flooding the US?

Ok, that takes me back to October or so... Going to Mexico again on Friday, so I should have some more pics to share in the near future.

Last weekend in the Black Hills

Work has been extremely busy lately, in fact, it seems like I don't have any time to my self... I went golfing at Red Rock golf course, just South of Rapid City, shopping in Hill City, toured the 1880 train (it's really cool, see the pictures below), seen the progress on Crazy Horse Mountain and watched the closing cerimony at Mount Rushmore memorial.  It was neat, I haven't seen those monuments for about 10 years.

Later, I'll have to tell you about the camper project I have been working on at home for the past four weeks, I took before pictures and will be taking after pictures so you can tell me how good of a job I did!

Take a look at the pictures below.

Casulties from the party...

Well last night was just wonderful!  A lot of people showed up, and only one person I didn't know, but he ended up being a nice guy.  Here are a few pictures from the party... Notice the last picture - the casulty from the party... apparently cedar tables can't be used as chairs

The party is tomorrow!

Well last night started out with a haircut... It was a joy getting to the SW part of town...during rush hour... I thought I would be smart and take Russell street to the freeway then zip on down to 41st - big mistake.  Traffic was backed up clear up to Russell going South bound...  I quickly got off on Madison and went through the city down to 41st...30 minutes later I arrived at my appointment - LATE

Then it was onto Stogeez, the cigar lounge to meet a few (2) friends for drinks.  Well two friends ended up turning into 9 and it was midnight before I left... ugh! 7:30 meeting next morning.  Believe me, getting up sucked.

Met friends John and Mark for lunch at the Olive Garden to finalize plans for the party tomorrow night.  I can't wait!  My guest list is now up to 25 confirmed guests... only one more day...hmmm, I wonder if those 25 close friends will invite guests of their own....
